How many million times did you hear something like this:
You decide, ok, I won't complain about it, let me empower myself and do my part.
You start noticing what is happening, and by looking into the "other side of the stick", you receive the clarity of your wanting.
You are meditating on it, journaling about it and visualizing it to perfection. You are thinking about it like it's done. You are walking with the feeling of having it. You are talking out loud about it. You are expecting it with eagerness and anticipation.
Then why is your desire not realized yet?
It's because you've never really ACCEPTED IT.
Maybe you skipped through this step and tried to eliminate a shitty situation by ignoring it, or pretended the acceptance process was already done.
Most likely, you intellectualized acceptance because the ulterior motive of getting what you want was so much more satisfying to think about.
"Ok, I'll accept this shitty situation if that means I get what I want."
And yet, still crickets when it comes to manifestation of your desire?
Because you cannot bypass the mechanics of the creation process and get what you want.
You can pretend you've accepted for a moment and get into the frequency of receiving, but that works, and only sometimes, for less important stuff that you don't care about so much anyway.
Definitely not for desires that matter to you the most, and for sure not in a stable, sustainable way you can repeat on demand. Otherwise the surface level acceptance would already grant you receiving of all you've so meticulously designed in your mind.
All you can receive from not thoroughly accepting the original shitty scenario is temporary relief. Until you get confronted about it in a similar situation, and it hits you even harder.
You will continue to max out your experience on an imagination relief until your acceptance process GETS EMBODIED.
Before reading the next line, I'll ask you to center yourself by pausing, closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths with a long, slow exhale.
Ready?
The embodied acceptance sounds like this:
"If this shitty situation was NEVER TO CHANGE, it's ok."
Let this land into your body.
Give it a moment.
I hear you.
If you need to center again for a moment, repeat the breathing exercise from a few lines before, if not - just sit quietly.
I can clearly hear many of your energy fields loudly asking:
"What are you talking about?"
"Why would you ever say something like that?"
"Why would I focus on what I don't want in such a way?"
"Whatever you give attention to, grows - why would I accept the possibility for shitty situations never to change?"
"Wouldn't the Law of Attraction make it bigger?"
Embodying acceptance means you are, FOR THE TIME BEING ready NOT TO EVER experience your desire in its manifested form.
While your desires never go away, the fastest way to relax and receive them is to put them on temporary hold.
To remove your focus from them all together.
Which brings me back to manifestation basics:
1. Notice the shitty situation.
2. Accept it (embody it for real).
3. Clarify what you are wanting.
4. Say you don't care about it.
5. Enjoy its realization.
To successfully execute step 4, you have to honestly execute step 2. This is what bridges the gap and allows you to step into the manifestation mastery of :
"I don't like this shitty situation, but I accept it may never change."
"I want is this other scenario instead, and I can have it"
Then all processes you have under your belt - meditation, journaling, can support realization of your desire for real.
